ash wednesday.

for lent I am giving up
a.) any and all forms of alcohol
b.) all sweets including chocolate, ice cream, brownies, and mostly cookies.
c.) the quest for perfection. I'm making completion my goal.

and I'm going to take at least 10 minutes a day to stretch/reflect.

Okay, I totally read this wrong at first, and was thinking you were ON the quest for perfection...giving it up sounds like a much better plan. I hope you get a lot of good self reflection out of your time over the next few weeks :)
